When I first showed this painting to one of my friends, their immediate reaction was to say, "amazeballs!" and I just knew it was the perfect name. To create the reference for this I used special glass prisms to hit the pile of disco balls with rainbows and see what happened, and it didn't disappoint! This one really was an experiment just to see what would happen and how difficult it would be to interpret what I was seeing.
