As this is a large piece, the painting will be removed from the stretcher bars, carefully rolled, and placed into a shipping tube. This is the best way to protect the painting - the lower surface area means there are less chances of punctures, tears and warping from the temperature changes. You just need to take the tube to a framing shop and they can re-stretch and frame if desired.
