Anyone who knows me knows my house is FULL of indoor plants - it shocks me just how integral they are to my general wellbeing. Seeing that green in my peripheral vision, it feels almost like a primal connection. If they are the right size, I normally water my plants in the sink - this particular scene with the sunlight making the leaves glow, I just knew I had to paint it.
