Shipping

I package all my paintings as safely as possible using foam wrap, bubble wrap and recycled carboard. I try to reuse packaging materials where I can. As I take so much care to package the painting, I unfortunately can’t be held accountable for what happens to it in the postal system. There is always a risk that something may happen to the parcel no matter what I do to prevent it. However, if something does happen to the package please be in touch with me and I will see what I can do to remedy the situation if anything.

If you order internationally (outside of Australia), you may be liable for customs tax if the package happens to be inspected by your country’s customs. I cannot falsify information on a customs declaration, so please keep this in mind.

Due to the current world situation, there have also been worldwide shipping delays, so please be patient if the package takes longer than usual to arrive.

Drying Time

After I finish a painting, I like to allow roughly 2 weeks for it to dry, and then an additional 2 days for the coat of varnish to dry. Please note, if you purchase a painting I have just posted about on my socials, it is likely that you will have to wait longer than usual before I post it to you.

Returns

Unfortunately, I will not accept returns, I advertise my paintings exactly the way they are, so there will never be an issue of the painting not being as described. I also will not accept returns for ‘change of mind’.
