Everyone’s favourite, avocados. They’re DELICIOUS. I’ve been making these big plates of food recently with avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, eggs, raspberries and blueberries and balsamic glaze, and MAN is it a good combo and a nourishing meal. And it would be nothing, without my precious avocado at the bottom ??
